A typical diner turkey club sandwich is turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and sometimes cheese. We made something like this except we made deep fried bombs and put the lettuce and tomato on the side.
This is so warm and cheesy and delicious. Make a few for an easy lunch or a unique dinner. This recipe is fun to make and fun to eat. And it's one of those super easy recipes you can make a go-to and you can duplicate it for lots of different sandwiches. Take your favorite sandwich, ditch the bread, wrap it in dough, fry it up and you've got new sandwich bombs! It's that quick.
HOW TO MAKE BACON TURKEY CLUB SANDWICH BOMBS
1 brick of swiss cheese, cut into bite-size cubes
Pre-cooked bacon (not too crispy)
Slices of turkey breast
Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
oil for frying
Wrap each cheese cube with one slice of bacon, then two slices of turkey to completely cover, then one more slice of bacon.
Roll out 1 biscuit to make large enough to cover one of these balls of cheese, turkey and bacon. Wrap with the biscuit, pinching seems to completely seal.
Fry in 350 degrees oil until completely golden brown.
